Russ Brown is a Vice President for the Labor Relations Institute where he performs dual roles of working with industries on their labor relations in maintaining a union free environment and oversees government affairs.   Brown works on both National Labor Relations Act (NLRB) and Railway Labor Act (RLA) issues.  Brown’s background is as a transportation leader where his career included air, rail and ground experience accumulating as the head of a 1,200 employee company.    He is proud of his work and association  as an Adjunct Analyst for the Competitive Enterprise Institute.
