NLRB Says Jesuit Univ. ‘Lacks Substantial Religious Character’ Needed to Deny Unionization

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has ruled that Seattle University cannot stop adjunct faculty unionization because the Jesuit University “lacks substantial religious character,” according to the Seattle Times.
