The Teamsters strike against food supplier United Natural Foods Inc. is almost a month old, and the company could lose the business of a major Washington retailer over it, according to a published report.

Sustainable Food News, an online newsletter for the health food industry, is reporting that Seattle-based PCC Natural Markets has warned UNFI it may lose the chain’s business over the strike at its Auburn, Wash., distribution center. Teamsters warehouse workers and truckers have been on strike since Dec. 10.
