The right-to-work issue – one dreaded by Michigan unions – appears to be coming to a head today in the Capitol.

State police were building a large presence in the Capitol early Thursday. The AFL-CIO is planning a rally in the Capitol rotunda. And union members gathered this morning at UAW and AFL-CIO offices to prepare for a day of lobbying and protesting at the Capitol.
