The Jaguars will be under plenty of scrutiny as they plot their course at pick No. 7 when the 2012 NFL draft begins Thursday.
Apparently they’ll also be drawing scrutiny outside the draft.
A UAW-backed protest using employees from Jaguars owner Shahid Khan‘s Flex-N-Gate Corporation is planned in New York tomorrow.
According to a press release issued today, “Workers employed by Khan and residents who live near his auto parts plants point to a recent chemical explosion in Indiana and possible exposure to toxic chemicals in Michigan and other sites. In addition, some of Khan’s employees still qualify for public assistance despite the fact they work full-time at difficult and dangerous jobs.”
